The major character of Christianity and the one who is regarded as the son of God is Jesus Christ, also known as Jesus of Galilee or Jesus of Nazareth. The virgin birth of Jesus from his mother, Mary, and Jesus’ death by crucifixion are significant elements of the Christian canon.
This raises the query of his life expectancy. The dates of birth and death vary amongst sources. Because the chronologies of the stories surrounding Jesus’ last days varied, research has concluded that it is difficult to determine the the date of his death. When Jesus passed away, how old was he?
According to the PBS FRONTLINE programme “From Jesus to Christ,” Jesus was born about 4 B.C. and executed in A.D. 30. According to Britannica, he was born between 6 and 4 B.C. and died away in the same year as Frontline.
According to “Dating the Death of Jesus,” written by Helen Bond and published online by Cambridge University Press in 2013, the age of Jesus at death is often hotly debated among academics. According to one scholar’s preferred chronology, others claim that Jesus died on the 14th of Nisan, which would be “Friday April 7th 30 [A.D.] or April 3rd 33,” although Bond disagrees with the precision of those dates.
